Dear Kongor members,
First of all, I would like to express my gratitude to each and every one who contributed verbally or mentally toward the success of our forth coming conference here in Melbourne. I really appreciate Deng Aguer Kuir for his dedication and submission of names that we used to secure the accommodation. I also give special thank to the chairman of the association, Mr. Diing Bul Atem and the secretary general , Akol Maluk Chol for their positive contributions.
This information letter is very important for you to note, it will serves to inform you about difference things regarding the conference here in Victoria. Firstly, the conference start day had not been changed, it’s the same date; the conference will launch on 28th and ended on 30th December 2009 at 2.00 am in the morning.
Secondly, Accommodations (20 rooms) had been booked for you, The fee was originally 42.50 dollars per night which sum up to 127.50 dollars for three days. However, As a KSA sub office in Victoria , we have much concern for our members who would be wasting their resources to come from inter-states to attend the conference. We have decided to give special consideration by paying off 37.50 dollars from the total. .In this case, the new amount that would be requires from each person for accommodation per night would be 30 dollars per night that sum to 90 dollars for three days. We will also be ready to listen to our members coming from Perth.
For those who will arrive at Melbourne early, I advise that, accommodation would be open at 6.00 am in the morning on date 28. If you want to stay in Accommodation, then you need to contact the concerned personel, they will shown to you. I hope it’s clear to every one.
Thirdly, I would advise that, all people requiring to staying in the accommodation for three days must bring two linens and a heavy clothing . I say so because Victoria weather is a chameleon some time even though it seems to be a summer..
Finally, one of the most beautiful thing that we have organized is a party and dancing on date 30. We have also organised so many activities which you will enjoy later. We have booked a Hall beautiful more than a paradise. this would allow us to run and conduct all our activities freely. You are all welcome for funny and for the conference, don’t miss it out ! An Entry fee for a party would be enclose to you later. Have a safe journey.
