Memo to me and you!

As a concerned member of the KSAA, I would ask every one to carry on with their duties with local committees in our normal way, and keep a distance from disputing these matters with other states or the national representatives. For example, some members are putting out statements blaming other states representative or other state members for contributing to the present situation or the past. This is unhelpful in my view, as it involves prejudging who/what has caused the problems. Every state has it own affairs. I believe we need to reserve judgement until we can run an independent enquiry into the circumstances. For these reasons, I recently posted a proposal on the website outlining my reasons for recommending the establishment of an Independent Commission. If this proposal is adopted by KSA members and official, it will be a means of resolving and clarifying the current conflict at national level, and pointing to a way forward for the benefit of the KSAA overall. The former chairperson has contributed a lot in this Association and I gree with current chairperson for his respect. I am putting forward these recommendations in good faith, but if you think I am mistaken I invite you to let me know and discuss this with you through my personal email toniywestern@yahoo.co.uk. Time factor is a problem.
